Effect of reflective teaching based on OBE concept on nursing cognition behavior and teaching satisfaction of gynecological nursing students
Objective:To analyze the effects of reflective teaching based on the concept of results-oriented education(OBE)on nursing cognition and behavior and teaching satisfaction of gynecological nursing students.Methods:56 nursing students who practiced gynecology in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the control group and adopted the con-ventional teaching mode.Fifty-six nursing students who practiced gynecology in our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as an observation group to conduct reflective teaching based on the OBE concept.The two groups of nursing students were compared in their graduation scores,nursing cognition and behavior,comprehensive quality and ability,and teaching satisfaction.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills of gynecological nursing in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After the practice,the scores of nursing cognitive behavior level of nursing students in two groups were significantly increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical practice comprehensive quality and ability evaluation table of nursing students in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The teaching satisfaction score of nursing students in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of reflective teaching based on the concept of OBE in the nursing teaching of gynecological practice nursing students is helpful to improve their grades,enhance their nursing cognitive behavior level and comprehensive quality ability,and the teaching satisfaction of practice nursing students is high.
