The clinical effect of timing and tonifying kidney formula for external use of meridian flow injection on menstrual recovery after induced abortion surgery
Objective:To explore and analysis the clinical impact of timing and tonifying kidney formula for external use in the treatment of menstrual recovery after artificial abortion.Methods:74 patients admitted to our department from April 2020 to April 2023 who had completed post abortion in Jiangyin Maternal and Child Health Hospital and outside hospital were selected for the study.Accorded to the random 1∶1 simple allocation method,the 74 patients were divided into the study group and the traditional group,with 37 patients in each group.The traditional group were treated with deoxygenepregnenyl estradiol,while the study group were treated with meridian flow injection and timed kidney tonifying formula for external use on the basis of the traditional group's treatment.Both groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles,and the patient's menstrual recovery were recor-ded.Results:After treating three menstrual cycles,the total effective rate of the study group were 97.30%that were signifi-cantly higher than the traditional group of 83.78%(P<0.05).After 3 menstrual cycles of treatment,the menstrual volume of the two groups was significantly more than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the menstrual cycle was significantly shorter than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the menstrual cycles were significantly lower than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).There were also significant difference compared between the study group and the traditional group(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(menstrual abdominal pain,weak waist and knees,low menstrual vol-ume,and dim menstrual color)of both groups after three menstrual cycles of treatment decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and the above traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the study group after three menstrual cycles of treatment were also significantly lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as loss of appetite,nausea,drowsiness,and dizziness during the three menstrual cycles treated in the study group were 5.41%,compared to 29.73%in the traditional group.The study group showed there were significant decrease compared to the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of Ziwu Liuzhi Zhenshi Kidney Replenishing Formula in post-abortion patients can improve the therapeutic effect,increase the menstrual volume and shorten the menstrual cycle and re-duce the points of menstrual Chinese medicine syndromes,as well as reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients.
