Analysis of the influence of omnidirectional heat preservation in operating room on stress state and complication risk of parturients in Caesarean section
Objective:To explore the influence of omnidirectional heat preservation measures in the operating room on the stress state and complication risk of Caesarean section parturients.Methods:84 pregnant women who underwent Caesarean section in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care in the oper-ating room,while the observation group received comprehensive insulation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Compare and analyze the changes in body temperature,basic vital signs,occurrence of chills,newborn condition,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of postpartum women at different times.Result:There was no significant difference in body temperature and perioperative related indicators between the two groups of pregnant women before intervention,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05);After intervention,the body temperature of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at all time points(P<0.05);The observation group had better vital signs such as blood pressure and heart rate than the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of maternal chills and complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The delivery of newborns in the observation group was signif-icantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of omnidirectional heat preservation meas-ures in the operating room has significant effect on the Caesarean section parturients,which can better maintain the maternal temperature,reduce the incidence of shivering,maintain the stability of vital signs,so as to ensure that the newborn is in good condition,and can reduce the incidence of complications,with higher clinical application value.
