Nursing cooperation points and results observation of gynecological hysteroscopic surgery
Objective:To explore the effective nursing methods and nursing results of gynecological hysteroscopic surgery.Methods:76 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in Binzhou Central Hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were included in the study.They were grouped according to the order of admission.The first 38 patients were included in the control group and routine basic nursing intervention was implemented.The latter 38 patients were included in the observation group and optimized on the basis of routine nursing.Results:1)The scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P＜0.05).2)The hospitalization time and operation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,while the one-time success rate of the operation was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P＜0.05);3)The incidence of actual complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P＜0.05).4)The satisfaction degree of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing program in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery can not only im-prove nursing satisfaction,but also improve the negative emotions of patients during surgery and reduce the incidence of compli-cations.It has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
