HbA1c,D dimer and hypersensitivity protein in gestational diabetes
Objective:To analyze the application effect of HbA1c,D dimer and hypersensitive hypersensitive c-reactive protein in early pregnancy in gestational diabetes screening,Methods:The study will start on April 3,2022,Closing time on April 6,2023,The 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who came to our hospital were selected as the observation group,At the same time,100 healthy pregnant women who came to our hospital for physical examination were selected as the control group,The researchers were tested for hemoglobinAlc,D dimer and hypersensitive C-reactive protein,The test results and di-agnostic efficacy of glycosylated hemoglobin were analyzed.Results:In the control group,hemoglobin,D dimer and hypersen-sitive c-reactive protein were significantly lower than those of the observation group,P＜0.05;the single detection rate of gly-cosylated hemoglobin,D dimer and hypersensitive c-reactive protein was lower than the combined test,P＜0.05;the sensitivi-ty,specificity,accuracy and c-reactive protein were all higher than those of each test,and the difference was significant.Con-clusion:The randomized test of hemoglobin 1 c has certain application value in the screening and diagnosis of gestational diabe-tes,and can provide long-term blood glucose control of pregnant women.It has the characteristics of simplicity,convenience and high accuracy,and can provide scientific data support for clinical intervention.
