Effect of 5A Nursing on Blood Glucose Control,Psychological Status and Maternal and Infant Outcomes of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
Objective:To observe the effect of 5A nursing on blood glucose control,psychological status and maternal and infant outcomes in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:330 cases of pregnant women with gestational diabe-tes mellitus in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects and divided into two groups according to the nursing scheme.The control group was treated with regular nursing,the observation group received 5 years of nursing on the basis of the control group,and the differences in blood glucose control effect,self-management ability,psychological status score and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After the inter-vention,the FPG,2hPG and HbA1c of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the SD-SCA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the SAS score,SDS score and PSRS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the natural rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the rate of cesarean section and the rate of adverse newborns were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:5A nursing can improve the self-management ability of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus,improve the effect of blood glucose control,promote the mental health of pregnant women,and reduce the risk of adverse mater-nal and infant outcomes.
