The effects of parent-responsibility interactive nursing model combined with breast-feeding skills guidance on psychological state,breast-feeding skills and breast-feeding confidence of primipara in natural delivery
Objective:To explore the effects of parent-responsibility interactive nursing model combined with breastfeeding skills guidance on psychological state,breastfeeding skills and breastfeeding confidence of primipara in natural delivery.Methods:80 cases of parturient parturients in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to ran-dom number table method.The control group was given routine postpartum nursing intervention,and the observation group was given affection-responsibility interactive nursing mode combined with breastfeeding skills guidance intervention.The psy-chological state,breastfeeding knowledge,breastfeeding skills,newborn nursing ability,breastfeeding self-efficacy,lactation and exclusive breastfeeding rate of the two groups were observed before and after nursing.Results:After nursing,the anxiety and depression levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the scores of breastfeed-ing knowledge,breastfeeding skills and neonatal nursing ability were significantly higher than those in the control group,the breastfeeding self-efficacy and lactation volume were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the lactation start time was shorter than that in the control group(allP<0.05).The rates of exclusive breastfeeding at 1,2 and 4 weeks post-partum in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of par-ent-responsibility interactive nursing model and breastfeeding skills guidance can effectively reduce the negative emotions of nat-ural delivery,improve breastfeeding cognition,skills and newborn nursing ability,improve self-efficacy,shorten the start time of lactation,increase postpartum milk production,and increase the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.
