The Influence of Grief Counseling Based on Psychological Adjustment on the Psychological Grief and Disease Response and Care Quality of Female Family Members of Patients with Terminal Malignant Tumors
Objective:To analyze the effects of grief counseling based on psychological adjustment on psychological grief and care quality of female families of patients with malignant tumor.Methods:80 female family members of terminal malignant tumor patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were selected,and 40 cases were divided into two groups by lottery.The control group implemented traditional nursing care,and the observation group implemented sad counse-ling based on psychological adjustment.The differences between anxiety scores,depression scores,disease response scores and quality of care.Results:The rate of excellent care quality in the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05),the anxiety score and depression score were lower than the control group(P＜0.05),and the disease response score was better than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The sad counseling based on psychological adjustment can improve the psychological sadness level and disease response level of female families of terminal patients with malignant tumors,and im-prove the quality of care,which is worth promoting.
