Influence of seamless nursing on anxiety state,sleep quality and nursing quality in female patients undergoing cataract surgery
Objective:To explore the influence of seamless nursing on anxiety state,sleep quality and nursing quality in female patients undergoing cataract surgery.Methods:60 female patients with cataract surgery,selected from August 2022 to June 2023,were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the study group(30 cases)by random number table.The control group received routine care,while the study group received seamless care.Anxiety state and sleep quality were com-pared on the first day before surgery,the first day after surgery,and before discharge in the two groups,and nursing quality of ophthalmic operating room was evaluated.Results:There were no statistically significant difference in anxiety status and sleep quality on the first day before surgery in the two groups(P>0.05).The state anxiety scores and trait anxiety scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group on the 1st day after surgery and before discharge(P<0.05).The scores of SRSS and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the study group were lower than those in the control group on the 1st day after surgery and before discharge(P<0.05).The scores of preoperative preparation,basic nursing,nurse-patient cooperation,medical-nursing cooperation,and postoperative transportation in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seamless nursing can improve anxiety state,and improve sleep quality and nursing quality in female patients undergoing cataract surgery.
