Effects of painless delivery combined with humanistic nursing on maternal and infant outcomes and postpartum urinary retention in women with painless delivery
Objective:To investigate the effects of painless delivery combined with humanistic nursing on maternal and infant outcomes and postpartum urinary retention.Methods:100 women with painless delivery were selected as the study subjects, and the subjects were included from June 2021 to June 2023.The grouping method was based on different intervention schemes, with 50 cases each,The women in the control group received routine painless labor nursing, and the women in the study group jointly carried out humanistic nursing. The score of fear of childbirth and labor time, incidence of adverse outcomes, recovery of bladder function, urination and urinary retention were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no difference in CAQ score and total score between the two groups at admission(P>0.05),The score and total score of CAQ in the postpartum 24h study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The duration of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of recovery of bladder function and spontaneous urination in the study group was higher than that in the con-trol group, and the rate of induced urination and urinary retention were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion:The implementation of painless labor combined with humanistic nursing can effectively relieve the fear and physiological stress of childbirth, shorten the labor time, and reduce the incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes and postpartum u-rinary retention, which has high promotion value.
