Analysis of curative effect of hysteroscopic combined hormone therapy on atypical polypoid adenomyoma of uterus
Objective:To observe the efficacy of hysteroscopy combined with hormone in the treatment of atypical polypoid ade-nomyoma,and to study the value of hysteroscopy combined with hormone in the treatment of atypical polypoid adenomyoma.Methods:The data of patients with atypical polypoid adenomyoma diagnosed in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were collected,and 82 patients with atypical polypoid adenomyoma who met the inclusion criteria were selected,according to the treatment plan,they were divided into control group(41 cases)(hysteroscopy)and observation group(41 cases)(hyste-roscopy combined with hormone therapy).The menstrual blood loss score,endometrial thickness,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),Serum Luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),complications,and pregnancy and re-currence after 12 months of treatment.Results:Before treatment,two groups of menstrual blood loss score,endometrial thick-ness,VEGF,LH,FSH comparison,no statistical difference(P>0.05);After treatment,in the observation group,men-strual blood loss score(53.68±6.12),endometrial thickness(6.15±1.05)mm,serum LH(38.36±4.42)U/L,FSH(30.51±3.02)U/L,VEGF(70.56±9.76)ng/L,complication rate(2.44%)and recurrence rate(4.88%)were significantly lower than the control group,the pregnancy success rate(39.02%)was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopy combined with hormone in the treatment of atypical poly-poid adenomyoma can significantly reduce abnormal uterine blood loss,improve endometrial thickness,hormone levels and vas-cular endothelial growth factor levels,reduce the risk of recurrence,and improve the success rate of pregnancy,worth promo-ting.
