Application analysis of family follow-up nursing based on cross theoretical models in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension
Objective:To explore the application effect of family follow-up nursing based on cross theoretical model(TTM)in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods:90 PIH patients admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into groups by a random number table.A total of 45 patients were included in the control group and received routine care;a total of 45 patients were included in the study group,who received home follow-up care based on the TTM model on the basis of the control group.Compare the scores of compliance behavior,blood pressure,gener-al self-efficacy scale(GSES),and health survey questionnaire(SF-36)between two groups.Results:A survey on medical compliance behavior showed that compared to the control group with a total compliance rate of 82.22%,the study group had a higher total compliance rate of 97.78%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure,GSES,and SF-36 scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05);Compared with the results of intervention in the control group,the study group had lower diastolic and systolic blood pressure values(P<0.05),and higher GSES and SF-36 scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family follow-up nursing based on TTM can improve the compliance behavior and blood pressure control effect of PIH patients,improve their self-efficacy,and ensure their quality of life.
