The impact of FMEA combined with predictive care on intraoperative stress response and postoperative recovery in patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy
Objective:To explore the effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)combined with predictive nursing on in-traoperative stress response and postoperative recovery in laparoscopic total hysterectomy patients. Methods:Sixty patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy and were diagnosed in the gynecology department of our hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected. They were divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group by drawing lots. The con-trol group received traditional operating room care, while the observation group received FMEA combined with predictive care on the basis of traditional operating room care.Measure physiological and psychological stress response indicators, calculate the total incidence of postoperative complications, and compare the differences in the above observation indicators. Results:The total incidence of postoperative complications, physiological stress response indicators during surgery, and psychological stress response indicators before entering the operating room in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of FMEA and predictive care can further alleviate the intraoperative stress response of patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy, provide assistance for their postoperative recovery, and have great ap-plication value.
