布拉氏酵母菌对小儿功能性消化不良的影响分析

目的:观察并分析布拉氏酵母菌对功能性消化不良患儿的影响与价值。方法:选取 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 12 月本院儿童消化内科收治的 126 例功能性消化不良患儿为研究对象,按照用药方案分为观察组(布拉氏酵母菌联合甘草锌颗粒)和对照组(乳酶生片联合甘草锌颗粒)各 63 例,对比两组症状积分(食欲不佳、恶心呕吐、嗳气吞酸及腹部不适)、胃动力学(胃窦收缩频率及胃窦收缩幅度)以及肠道菌群(乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌以及大肠埃希菌)变化的差异,比较组间临床疗效的差异性。结果:治疗前,观察组食欲不佳积分、恶心呕吐积分、嗳气吞酸积分、腹部不适积分、胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌以及大肠埃希菌与对照组比较,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0。05);治疗后,观察组食欲不佳积分、恶心呕吐积分、嗳气吞酸积分、腹部不适积分低于对照组,胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、大肠埃希菌、总有效率高于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:布拉氏酵母菌能够减轻功能性消化不良患儿临床症状,促进胃动力恢复,改善肠道菌群分布,提升临床疗效。
Effect of Saccharomyces boulardii on functional dyspepsia in children
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect and value of Saccharomyces boulardii on children with functional dys-pepsia.Methods:126 cases of children with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(Saccharomyces boulardii combined with licorice zinc particles)according to the medication plan.And the control group(lactase tablets combined with licorice zinc particles)of 63 cases,compared two groups of symptom scores(poor appetite,nausea and vomiting,belching swallow acid and abdominal discomfort),gastric dy-namics(gastric antrum contraction frequency and amplitude)and intestinal flora(Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium and Escherich-ia coli)changes in the differences,the differences in clinical efficacy between groups were compared.Results:Before treat-ment,the observation group poor appetite integral,nausea and vomiting integral,belching swallow acid integral,abdominal discomfort integral,gastric antrum contraction frequency,gastric antrum contraction amplitude,Lactobacillus,bifidobacterium and Escherichia coli compared with the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),abdominal discomfort score lower than the control group,gastric antrum contraction frequency,gastric antrum contraction amplitude,Lactobacillus,Bifidobacterium,Escherichia Coli,total effective rate higher than the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Saccharomyces boulardii can reduce the clinical symptoms of children with functional dyspepsia,promote the recovery of gastric motility,improve the distribution of intestinal flora,and improve the clinical effica-cy,which is worthy of promotion.
