Focusing on the impact of nursing models on disease response,psychological health,and self-efficacy in postpartum hemorrhage patients
Objective:To explore the impact of focusing on the application of nursing models on the disease response,psycho-logical health level,and self-efficacy of postpartum hemorrhage patients.Methods:Sixty patients who gave birth in the obstet-rics and gynecology department of our hospital from January 2022 to April 2024 and experienced postpartum hemorrhage were selected for grouping using the coin toss method,with 30 patients on the obverse side of the coin as the control group;30 pa-tients on the reverse side of the coin were in the observation group.The control group received nursing care according to the traditional obstetric postpartum nursing model,while the observation group received nursing care according to the focused problem-solving nursing model.Measure the disease coping score,anxiety score,and depression score,and calculate the excel-lent rate of self-efficacy.Compare the differences in the above observation indicators.Results:The excellent rate of self-effica-cy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the anxiety and depression scores after nursing were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disease coping scores after nursing were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Focusing on the application of nursing models can further improve the disease re-sponse level and psychological health level of postpartum hemorrhage patients,improve their self-efficacy,and is worth clinical application.
