Study on the relationship between uterine arterial blood flow dynamics and endometriosis and the value of evaluating the severity of the disease
Objective:To analyze the relationship between uterine arterial blood flow dynamics and endometriosis and its value in evaluating the severity of the disease. Methods:A total of 120 patients with endometriosis in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group, and 120 women who underwent physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group. The hemodynamics indexes of uterine arteries in the two groups were detected.ROC was used to analyze the hemodynamic indexes of uterine artery to evaluate the effect of moderate and severe adhesion in patients with endo-metriosis.Results:Compared with the control group, the uterine artery PI,PSV,EDV and Vmin in the observation group were increased, while RI was decreased, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that PI,PSV,EDV,Vmin and RI were independent risk factors for endometriosis(P<0.05).According to the r-AFS score of the observation group, patients were divided into mild group(35 cases,r-AFS score<16 points)and moderate to severe group(85 cases,r-AFS score≥16 points).PI,PSV,EDV and Vmin of uterine artery in moderate to severe group were higher than those in mild group, and RI was lower than those in mild group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).According to Pearson correlation analysis,r-AFS score of endometriosis patients was positively correlated with uterine artery PSV(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with RI(P<0.05).Among 120 patients with endometriosis,32 patients with moderate to se-vere adhesions were confirmed by surgery.According to ROC curve analysis, the AUC of uterine artery PSV combined with RI in the diagnosis of moderate and severe adhesion in endometriosis was 0.915.Conclusion:The hemodynamic indexes of uterine arteries are closely related to the occurrence and development of endometriosis, among which PSV and RI are helpful to evalu-ate the severity of the disease, and the combined diagnosis of moderate and severe adhesion is more effective, which can provide a basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
