Clinical effect of hypoosmotic oral rehydration salts combined with racecadotril on infantile rotavirus enteritis
Objective:To study the effect of hypoosmotic oral rehydration salts combined with racecadotril on infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods:Selected 89 cases of patients with infantile rotavirus enteritis from January 2021 to May 2023,randomly di-vided into two groups. The control group was given oral hypoosmotic oral rehydration salts, while oral racecadotril was given to the observation group.Compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups, record the recovery time of stool frequency,antie-metic time, recovery time of stool characteristics, and fever reduction time of the two groups, and detect serum levels of inter-leukin-10(IL-10)and IL-17.Results:Compare to the effective rate of the control group, that in the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compare to the recovery time of stool frequency, antiemetic time, recovery time of stool char-acter and antifebrile time in the control group, those in the observation group were significantly shorter(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum IL-10 and IL-17 levels between the two groups of children(P>0.05).After treatment, the serum IL-10 levels of both groups of children were increased(P<0.05),while IL-17 levelsweresignifi-cantly reduced(P<0.05).Moreover,Compare to the serum IL-10 and IL-17 levels of the control group, those of the obser-vation group were significantly better(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of nausea,fever,dehy-dration and vomiting between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hypotonic oral rehydration salts combined with racec-adotril can effectively regulate the serum levels of IL-10 and IL-17 in children with rotavirus enteritis, regulate their immune re-sponse and significantly improve the curative effect.
