Analysis of the effect of multi-dimensional combined integrated nursing on the psychological state and breastfeeding rate of cesarean section women
Objective:To probe into and analyze the influence of multi-dimensional combined integrated nursing on psychological state and breastfeeding rate of parturients undergoing cesarean section. Methods:In this study,110 primiparas who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from August 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the ran-dom number method, the selected subjects were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(multi-di-mensional joint integrated nursing),55 cases in each group. The psychological status, breastfeeding compliance and self-efficacy of the two groups were recorded and evaluated. Results:The compliance of breastfeeding in the observation group was 98.18%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(83.63%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks and 4 weeks, the self-efficacy scores of the two groups showed an upward trend, and the scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of multi-dimensional combined integrated nursing in cesarean section women has a positive effect on their psychological state,breast-feeding rate and maternal self-efficacy score.
