Effect of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis acupoint patch combined with extended care on the level of recovery and quality of life after abortion surgery
Objective:To explore the effects of combined extended care of activating blood circulation and eliminating blood sta-sis acupoints paste on the level of recovery and quality of life after abortion.Methods:80 abortion patients admitted to our hos-pital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research subjects.The lottery method was applied to divide them in-to two groups,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing interventions.The observa-tion group added activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis acupoints paste combined with extended nursing care on the basis of the control group.Compare the level of postoperative rehabilitation,the disease knowledge and negative emotions and the quality of life of the two groups of patients before nursing and after 1 month of nursing.before and 1 month after nurs-ing.Results:Compared to the duration of pain,time of menstrual recurrence,and time of vaginal bleeding in the control group,those in the observation group were significantly lower(P＜0.05);the scores of contraceptive knowledge and knowl-edge of reproductive health were higher in both groups after the nursing care,and higher in the observation group,and the scores of HAMD and HAMA were lower,and lower in the observation group(P＞0.05);the scores of quality of life related to the interventions of the patients of the two groups were higher,and the scores of the observation group was higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis acupoint application combined with extended care can promote the level of patients'postoperative rehabilitation.It can reduce patients'pain,menstrual recurrence and vaginal bleeding time and further improve patients'knowledge of disease health.Improve negative emotions.Enhance the quality of life of patients.
