Clinical significance of transperineal four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of transperineal four-dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of female stress urinary incontinence(SUI).Methods:35 SUI patients admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 35 normal women were selected as the control group, the two groups were examined by perineal four-dimensional ultrasound, and the posterior angle of the bladder urethra(PUA),the position of the bladder neck(BNP)and the wall thickness of the detrusor(DWT)were compared between the two groups at rest, compared the PUA,BNP and levator ani hiatus area(LHA)of the two groups of subjects in the maximum Valsalva state, and calculated and compared the bladder neck mobility(BND)of the two groups, the rate of cystocele and the rate of funnel-shaped urethra formation were compared between the two groups. Results:two groups in the resting state of PUA,BNP,DWT contrast no difference(P>0.05);Two groups in the maximum Valsalva state of PUA,BNP,LHA,there was a significant difference in BND(P<0.05);The cystocele rate and funnel-shaped urethra formation rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The perineal four-dimensional ultrasound can completely evaluate the pelvic floor structure and function of patients with SUI,and the diagnostic accuracy can be improved by the joint analysis of ultrasound parameters, which has high clinical application value.
