Application effect of life hope plan combined with empathy nursing in postoperative chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer
Objective:To investigate the application effect of life hope plan combined with empathy nursing in postoperative chemotherapy patients with cervical cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients who received postoperative chemotherapy for cer-vical cancer in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups:a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40).The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received life hope planning combined with empathetic nursing based on the control group's treatment.The psychological resilience,level of hope,nutritional status,complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of resilience,self-improvement,and optimism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The observation group's scores on attitudes towards reality and the future,maintaining close relationships with others,and taking positive actions were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P＜0.05).After nursing,the levels of ALB,Hb,and BMI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the con-trol group(15.00%vs 37.50%),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher(95.00%vs 77.50%)(all P＜0.05).Conclusion:Life hope planning combined with empathetic nursing can improve the psychological resilience and hope level of pa-tients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for cervical cancer,enhance their nutritional status,reduce the incidence of com-plications,and have high nursing satisfaction.
