Objective:To analyze the effect of ear acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine stain and suspension moxibustion on the postoperative rehabilitation quality of laparoscopic patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:Fifty-two pa-tients who successfully completed laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy with abdominal distension in the obstetrics and Gynecology Department of our hospital from January 2019 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups with 26 ca-ses in each group by drawing lots.The control group was given ear acupuncture combined with abdominal acupressure interven-tion.The observation group was given comprehensive intervention of ear acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medi-cine and moxibustion.The Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)score and Kolcaba Comfort Status Scale(GCQ)score were measured 7 days later,and the total relief rate of abdominal distension was measured and compared.Results:The total relief rate of ab-dominal distension and the GCQ score after intervention in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),while the AIS score after intervention was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive intervention of ear acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking and suspended moxibustion in traditional Chinese medicine nursing can further promote the relief of abdominal distension in laparoscopic patients with ec-topic pregnancy,improve their comfort level and sleep quality,and improve the postoperative rehabilitation quality.It is worth promoting and applying.
