Influence of prenatal psychological nursing intervention on delivery mode,Postpartum bleeding and postpartum psychology of primipara
Objective:To explore the effect of prenatal psychological care on the delivery mode,Postpartum bleeding and post-partum psychological status of primiparas.Method:A total of 100 primiparas admitted to the Hospital from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group by random table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing for primipara,while the study group took routine nursing combined with prena-tal psychological nursing.Methods of delivery,postpartum hemorrhage and postpartum psychological status(SAS,SDS)of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results:The proportion of Natural childbirth in the study group was 92.00%higher than that in the control group(72.00%,P<0.05);The bleeding rate of the study group was 2.00%lower than that of the control group 14.00%,P;The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of primiparous women on the first day after deliv-ery were lower than those at admission,and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the group of primiparas,the application of prenatal psychologi-cal nursing intervention can increase the rate of Natural childbirth,reduce the rate of Postpartum bleeding and the amount of Postpartum bleeding,and alleviate the postpartum anxiety and depression of the mothers.
