Study on influencing factors of mental health status of hypertensive patients during pregnancy
Objective:To investigate and analyze the current status of influencing factors of mental health in hypertensive pa-tients during pregnanc.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected as research objects.General data questionnaire,mental health status scale and quality of life ques-tionnaire were used.Results:This paper included a total of 80 patients with hypertension during pregnancy,aged 23~44 years,with an average age of(28.34±4.53)years.The scale evaluation results showed that the mental health scores of pa-tients were(6.58±1.22)points;The quality of life score of patients was(58.53±9.57).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the score of mental health status and the score of life quality,with correlation coef-ficient r=0.368,P=0.015.The results of influencing factors showed that occupation,education level,Barthel index and quality of life were independent risk factors for mental health status of hypertensive patients during pregnancy(P<0.05).Conclusion:The mental health of hypertensive patients during pregnancy is in the medium level.Occupation,education level,Barthel index and quality of life are the risk factors affecting the mental health status of hypertensive patients during pregnancy.Clinical nursing staff,starting from the specific situation of patients,pay more attention to the mental changes of patients with hypertension during pregnancy,combined with the mental health scores of patients,use a variety of ways to maximize the im-provement of patients'possible psychological problems,in order to reduce the occurrence of adverse events caused by mental health problems.
