A Study on the Fertility Willingness and Influencing Factors of the Childbearing Age Group under the"Three Child Open Policy"
Objective:To investigate the fertility willingness of childbearing age groups under the"Three Child Open Policy"and summarize its influencing factors.Methods:600 women of childbearing age in Chongqing from June 2021 to September 2022 were selected,and a questionnaire on their fertility intention under the"three child"policy was drawn for on-site distribu-tion and investigation.According to the results of the survey on fertility intention of childbearing age women(excluding 60 who did not plan well),they were divided into a control group of 160(with fertility intention)and an observation group of 380(without fertility intention).After comparing two sets of basic data,a logistic regression analysis model was constructed to summarize the influencing factors of childbearing age group's fertility willingness under the"three child open policy".Results:Among the 600 women of childbearing age,160 had a desire to have children,380 had no desire to have children,and 60 did not plan well;The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age≤30 years old,bachelor's degree or a-bove,monthly income below 5000 yuan,lack of support for the"three child open policy",incomplete assistance and security system,incomplete reward and preferential policies,and incomplete fertility system were independent influencing factors for the fertility willingness of the childbearing age group under the"three child open policy"(P<0.05)..Conclusion:Under the"three child open policy",the fertility intention of the childbearing age group is poor and there are many influencing factors.
