Analysis of the effect of diversified nursing on the incidence of postpartum milk swelling and mastitis
Objective:To study the role of multiple nursing models in maternal nursing.Methods:A total of 100 women admit-ted from January 1,2023 to January 1,2024 were divided into two groups with the first half of the year and the second half of the year as the time point method,and the control group (routine nursing,50 cases)who did not implement diversified nursing in the first half of the year and the observation group (50 cases of routine nursing combined with diversified nursing)who im-plemented diversified nursing in the second half of the year were used to evaluate the nursing effect.Results:The observation group had earlier lactation time,more milk production at 24 hours,and a lower incidence of breast abnormalities (P<0.05),lower negative emotions and higher quality of life scores in the observation group (P<0.05),and higher total satisfaction in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing diversified postpartum care for pregnant women can promote early lactation,reduce mastitis,milk engorgement and other abnormal conditions,improve negative emotions,improve quality of life and satisfaction,and have significant clinical value.
