Application of improved Lamaser breathing combined with standing forward leaning in the second stage of labor in primipara
Objective:To explore the application of improved Lamazer breathing combined with standing forward leaning in the second stage of labor in primipara.Methods:120 cases of primipara who gave birth from January 2022 to January 2024 in our hospital were selected and divided into control group (60 cases)and observation group (60 cases)according to different nursing methods. The control group was treated with traditional Lamarze breathing method, and the observation group was treated with improved Lamarze breathing method combined with standing forward leaning. The results of midwifery in different mid-wifery methods were compared between groups[time of second stage of labor, lateral perineal incision rate, pain degree (VAS score)and postpartum blood loss within 2h],degree of perineal laceration, psychological status, and sense of control over de-livery[SAS/SDS and LAS],adverse pregnancy outcomes, and neonatal Apgar score. Results:The second stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the VAS score, postpartum blood loss within 2h and lateral perineal resection rate were all lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The perineal laceration degree of the obser-vation group was less than that of the control group (P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the scores of LAS were higher than those in control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in observation group was 1.67% lower than that in control group (11.67%),and neo-natal Apgar score was higher than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved Lamazer breathing method combined with standing forward can shorten the second stage of labor, reduce the pain, lateral perineal incision rate and post-partum blood loss within 2h,reduce the degree of perineal laceration, improve the negative emotions of parturient women,im-prove the sense of control of parturient women, and achieve better maternal and infant outcomes.
