Progress in psychological characteristics and psychological nursing interventions for women in perimenopause
Perimenopause is an important transition period in the life cycle of women, which is generally accompanied by emo-tional instability,anxiety,depression,irritability/irritability and other psychological fluctuations. For female groups with the above symptoms,if the psychological intervention is not carried out in time,it can lead to interpersonal tension, mental health problems, and seriously affect their quality of life. Therefore, the study of the psychological characteristics of perimenopausal women is not only conducive to clinical observation and identification of women's mental health problems in special periods, but also conducive to the subsequent development of effective psychological nursing intervention strategies. This paper summarizes the psychological characteristics of perimenopausal women, and summarizes the corresponding psychological nursing interven-tion methods, aiming at providing theoretical support and practical reference for the intervention measures in clinical practice.
