Perimenopause is a special period unique to women,which is prone to osteoporosis and seriously affects women's physical and mental health.At present,the detection technology of perimenopausal osteoporosis is increasing,which can pro-vide an effective means to diagnose osteoporosis as early as possible.In terms of treatment,perimenopausal osteoporosis can obtain ideal clinical efficacy through non-drug treatment and drug treatment.In view of this,this article reviewed domestic and foreign studies,aiming to review the detection status and treatment progress of perimenopausal female patients with osteo-porosis,which is helpful to strengthen clinical prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
