溶剂精制技术在加工焦化蜡油中的应用

摘要
在常规糠醛精制装置上通过升级部分管道及设备材质、对设备进行热处理、调整污水去向及增设硫化氢报警仪等适应性改造,并结合调整抽提温度及回炼携带油等操作,改造后可以对延迟焦化装置焦化蜡油进行预处理,得到同时满足催化裂化装置进料的精制油和作为生产橡胶增塑剂原料的抽出油.焦化蜡油经过糠醛精制后其焦粉将在糠醛精制装置内逐渐沉淀或被抽出油带走,可以降低精制油中的胶粉含量,精制油残炭值控制在小于 0.1%,作为催化裂化装置的掺炼原料,改善了催化裂化装置的原料性质.实际生产表明催化裂化装置液化气收率提高 0.56 个百分点,催化汽油收率提高 3.24 个百分点,催化柴油收率降低 2.18 个百分点,总轻质化产品比例增加 1.62 个百分点,烧焦减少 0.43 个百分点,催化剂消耗减少 0.09kg/t,延长了催化裂化装置催化剂的使用寿命,对催化汽油、催化柴油产品性质无明显影响.抽出油芳烃含量在 75%～85%,抽出油通过加氢、糠醛精制、蒸馏等工序可生产出满足GB/T 33322要求的橡胶增塑剂,具有较好的经济效益.
Abstract
Through adaptive modification of conventional furfural refining unit including upgrading the materi-als of some pipelines and equipment,performing heat treatment of equipment,adjusting the destination of sewage and installing hydrogen sulfide alarms as well as some operation adjustment such as adjusting the ex-traction temperature and recycling the entrained oil,the coker gas oil from delayed coking unit can be pre-treated,thus obtaining the refined oil that meets the requirements of FCC feed and the extract oil used as raw material for producing rubber plasticizer.After furfural refining,the coke powder in coker gas oil will gradually precipitate in the furfural refining unit or be taken away by the extract oil,thus reducing the coke powder content of refined oil and control the carbon residual of refined oil below 0.1%.Being used as the blending raw material for FCC unit,it improves the properties of raw materials for FCC unit.The actual pro-duction shows that the liquefied gas yield of FCC unit increases by 0.56 percentage points,the FCC gasoline yield increases by 3.24 percentage points,the FCC diesel yield decreases by 2.18 percentage points,the pro-portion of total light products increases by 1.62 percentage points,the coke burning amount decreases by 0.43 percentage points,and the catalyst consumption decreases by 0.09kg/t.The service life of catalysts in FCC unit is prolonged,and the product properties of FCC gasoline and FCC diesel are not significantly af-fected.The aromatic content of extract oil is 75%～85%,and the extract oil can be used to produce rubber plasticizer that meets the requirements of GB/T 33322 through processes including hydrogenation,furfural refin-ing and distillation.Good economic benefits can be achieved.
