大庆油田等孔径射孔技术研究与应用

摘要
在常规射孔施工作业过程中,常出现射孔器受自重影响在套管中偏置的情况,造成射孔器与套管壁之间的间隙不同,从而出现射孔后套管孔径不一致问题.为了降低射孔后套管孔径差异,保障后期压裂增产改造效果,开展等孔径射孔技术优化及现场试验.通过对等孔径射孔弹药型罩结构进行优化,改善射流形态,由过去的"锥形"优化为"杆状",减小射流在径向的能量损失,提高射流有效利用率,从而改善枪身与套管壁间隙不同对射流形态的影响;开展药型罩成分配方优化,进一步提升等孔径射孔弹的稳定性及穿孔深度,保证孔眼直径一致性,与常规射孔工艺相比孔径一致性提高了 20 个百分点.现场试验结果表明,采用等孔径射孔工艺后,压裂施工破裂压力平均降低24.5%,施工压力平均降低 25.2%,极大提高了压裂井中射孔的有效性,满足了薄差层精控压裂改造需求.16 口井应用等孔径射孔技术压裂投产后,平均日产液 54.7t/d,比预测产能增加 19.7t/d,平均日增油 3.5t/d.
Abstract
During conventional perforating operations,the perforator is often biased in the casing due to the dead weight,resulting in different clearance between the perforator and the casing wall,and the problem of inconsistent casing diameters after perforation.The equal apertures perforation technology optimization and field tests are carried out to reduce the difference in casing diameters after perforation and ensure the effect of post-fracturing stimulation.By optimizing the structure of the equal apertures perforating charge liners,the jet shape is improved from the past"cone"to"rod",which reduces the radial energy loss of the jet,improves the effective utilization rate of the jet,and thus improves the influence of different clearance between the gun body and the casing wall on the jet shape.The composition formula of the liners is optimized to enhance the stability and perforation depth of the equal-aperture perforating charge further and ensure the consistency of the hole diameter.The diameter consistency increased by 20 percentage points compared with the conventional perforation process.The field test results show that the average fracture pressure and construction pressure re-duced by 24.5%and 25.2%respectively,which greatly improves the perforation effectiveness in fractured wells and meets the demands of fine-control fracturing of thin and poor layers after the equal aperture perfo-ration technology is applied.After 16 wells are fractured and put into production using equal aperture perfora-tion technology,the average daily fluid production is 54.7t/d,19.7t/d higher than the predicted productivity,and the average daily oil increase is 3.5t/d.
