Application of Multi-stage Temporary Plugging Refracturing Technology for Horizontal Wells in Tight Oil Reservoirs
All horizontal wells in the tight oil reservoirs are developed using large-scale fracturing+elastic exploitation.Due to a lack of experience in the early stage of development, some horizontal wells in tight oil reservoirs put into production in the early stage can no longer be pumped out normally due to large fracture spacing, small reconstruction scale, long flow distance, fast production decline, and low effective producing. To further tap the potential of old horizontal wells, the experience of duel-packer single-layer refracturing test with narrow fracture spacing in Well B was summarized, and Well A was selected from old horizontal wells in the tight oil reservoirs to carry out multi-stage temporary plugging refracturing test. The horizontal section was divided into 55 clusters(22 clusters in old fractures and 33 clusters in new fractures)for reconstruction by optimizing fracture spacing and applying dense fracture, with an average fracture spacing of 10m.Combined with the core properties of the reservoir, comprehensive logging interpretation results, and software simulation results in Well Block A,the parameters such as the reperforating pattern, fracture length, construction displace-ment,construction scale, volume of temporary plugging agent, and temporary plugging times were optimized to realize the reproducing of productivity and ensure the complete reconstruction of new and old fractures in reservoirs for the old wells. From the perspective of production effect, the initial production of the test well af-ter refracturing is 1.7 times that of the first fracturing, and the cumulative oil production after one year of production is equivalent to that after four years of production from the first fracturing.
