炼化企业国产化实验室信息管理系统建设探索与实践

LIMS是利用计算机网络技术、数据存储技术、快速处理技术,结合现代化实验室管理思想,将实验室信息进行全方位管理的信息化系统,是企业实现实验室管理、质量管理科学化、信息化的重要手段.现阶段,国内石油化工领域大型企业大多采用的是国外的LIMS软件,国外LIMS软件通常是基于Windows操作系统、采用Oracle或SQL Server数据库搭建的.因此,通过完全自主可控的软件和技术,基于国产操作系统、国产数据库建设一套自主可控的LIMS软件,替代现有国外软件和功能意义重大.本文在分析某大型企业实验室管理系统总部、企业应用特点和管理需求的基础上,对国产化LIMS系统技术进行探索并实践,设计并开发了符合信创要求的实验室管理系统,该系统包括实验室信息管理、实验过程管控、仪器连接、移动应用、数据查询展示、标准化管理和系统管理等七大模块功能,实现从原料进厂到生产加工过程以及产品出厂的分析检验过程全过程监控,形成了闭环管理.实践结果表明该系统提高了实验室的管理水平,能够更好地服务企业生产和质量管控要求,为企业的智能工厂建设提供有效支撑.
Exploration and Practice on the Construction of Information Management System for the Localization Laboratory of Refining and Chemical Enterprises
LIMS is an information system using computer network technology,data storage technology,rapid processing technology,combined with modern laboratory management ideas,the laboratory information for all-round management,is an important means for enterprises to achieve laboratory management,quality manage-ment scientific and information.At present,most large enterprises in the field of petroleum and chemical indus-try in China use foreign LIMS software,which is usually based on Windows operating system and built by Oracle or SQL Server database.Therefore,it is of great significance to build a set of autonomous and control-lable LIMS software based on domestic operating system and domestic database through fully autonomous and controllable software and technology to replace the existing foreign software and functions.Based on the analy-sis of laboratory management system headquarters,enterprise application characteristics and management re-quirements of a large enterprise,this paper explores and practices the localization of LIMS system technology,designs and develops a laboratory management system that meets the requirements of Xinchuang.The system includes seven module functions,including laboratory information management,experimental process control,in-strument connection,mobile application,data query and display,standardized management and system manage-ment,realizing the whole process monitoring from raw materials into the factory to the production and pro-cessing process and the analysis and inspection process of products leaving the factory,forming a closed-loop management.The practical results show that the system improves the management level of the laboratory,can better serve the production and quality control requirements of enterprises,and provide effective support for the construction of intelligent factories.
