Research on Abnormal Operation of Product Separation Tower of High-temperature Heat Transfer Oil Unit Based on Process Simulation Software
The product separation tower of synthetic high temperature heat transfer oil unit is a key link in purifying heat transfer oil products.Taking the separation process of product tower as the research object,As-pen plus process simulation software was used to establish the steady-state simulation flow of the tower,and the reliability of the model was verified by comparing the simulation data with the actual operating parame-ters.On this basis,hydraulic analysis was made on the abnormal working conditions of the tower,and the problems such as the abnormal operation and the over high heavy component content at the top of the tower since the startup of the unit were simulated and demonstrated.The simulation results show that liquid flooding is easy to occur when part of the materials from tower reactor is returned to the tower as feed,and the re-turn flow should be strictly controlled within 1000kg/h to ensure that the liquid flooding rate is kept below the safety threshold.Under normal working conditions,if the return flow is lower than 1900kg/h,it will lead to abnormal mass transfer in the rectification section.The return flow must be kept no lower than this value during operation to ensure that the liquid spray density in the rectification section is higher than the mini-mum allowable value,so as to maintain the normal mass transfer process.Based on the above simulation anal-ysis results,the actual operation was adjusted to effectively solve the abnormal operation problem of the prod-uct tower,and the product quality requirements were met.
