烟台地区葡萄根部内生真菌多样性研究

为了解烟台地区葡萄根部内生真菌的菌群组成和多样性,采集生长在张裕卡斯特酒庄的四个品种的健康葡萄,对其根部的内生真菌进行分离,采用形态观察和ITS序列测定相结合的方法进行鉴定。结果表明:所分离出的1331株内生真菌可归于19属,以镰孢属Fusarium(33.9%)、Ilyonectria(17.35%)和柱孢属Cylindrocarpon(15.7%)为优势菌群。多样性指数的结果反映出所获得的葡萄根部内生真菌菌群具有不同的丰富度及均匀度,同时具有一定的相似性。
Diversity of endophytic fungi in roots of grapes in Yantai
Diversity of endophytic fungi in roots of grapes was studied in order to understand the composition and diversity of endophytic fungi from grape in Yantai. The four varieties of healthy grapevine were collected from Changyu Castel Chateau of Yantai and the endophytic fungi of their roots were isolated. The identification was adopting the combination of morphological observation and ITS sequence determination. A total of 1331 strains of endophytic fungi was isolated. As a result of 19 genera were obtained, of which Fusarium(amounting to 33.9%of the total), Ilyonectria(17.35%) and Cylindrocarpon(15.7%) were dominant. Diversity index of endophytic fungi from the roots of grapes indicated different abundance and uniformity but assumed similarity to a certain extent.
