Analysis and Evaluation of Fruit Quality Traits of Wine Grape Germplasm Resources
Statistics was conducted on fourteen quality-related traits of forty wine grape germplasm resources, and principal component analysis and cluster analysis were applied for comprehensive evaluation to screen suitable and distinctive varieties. The results showed that the variation coefficient of fourteen quality traits ranged from 8.45%to 52.73%,of which the highest was anthocyanin content, and lowest values was soluble solid content.Anthocyanin content, cluster weight, seed number and berry weight were significantly different among the germplasms.Combined with the distribution range of main traits, the high anthocyanin germplasm'Rome 4',and the high sugar, acid and phenol germplasm'Petit Manseng'were screened out.By principal component analysis, the eight main fruit traits of white wine grape were integrated into three principal components, with a cumulative contribution rate of more than 90%,and the germplasm such as'Petit Manseng''Enrenfelser'and'Riesling'showed excellent comprehensive performance;the nine main fruit traits of red wine grape were integrated into four main components, with a cumulative contribution rate of more than 87%,and'Petit Verdot''Marselan''Cabernet Sauvignon 685'and'Cabernet Sauvignon'showed excellent comprehensive performance. The forty wine grape germplasm were divided into five groups by cluster analysis. The germplasm of group Ⅰ had characterized by small berry and high content of sugar, acid and phenols;group Ⅲ had large cluster and middle content of sugar, acid and phenols;group Ⅱ had also in middle content of sugar, acid and phenols, but with smaller cluster and berry, higher content of total phenols and tannin and lower content of acid than that of group Ⅲ;group Ⅳ had large cluster and low content of sugar, acid and phenols;group Ⅴ had medium berry, and low-sugar,high-acid and medium-phenols.
