Identification of Vintage Wines from the Eastern Foot of Helan Mountains Based on Electrical Characteristics
Three vintage wines of two varieties from the eastern foot of Helan Mountains were used as test materials, their electrical characteristics were measured by LCR instrument, and the differences of electrical parameters among wines were analyzed under different excitation voltages(1,3,5 V)and different frequencies(0.1,1.0,10.0,100.0,1000.0 kHz).The optimum excitation voltage, frequency and effective electrical parameters were selected to identify vintage wines in order to explore the feasibility of using electrical characteristics to identify vintage wines at the eastern foot of Helan Mountains. The results showed that the electrical parameters of wines had the same trend with the increase of characteristic frequency under different voltages, but the degree of separation was different between vintage wines. In this researh, with the increase of frequency,Z value and Cp value of wine electrical parameters gradually decreased,G value gradually increased,θ value increased first and then decreased,B value decreased first and then increased. The D value was significantly different only in'Cabernet Sauvignon'wine with 1 V+0.1 kHz condition.According to multivariate statistical analysis, the LCR analyzer can identify'Cabernet Sauvignon'and'Riesling'wine of eastern foot of Helan Mountains by using five electrical parameters including Z,Cp,G,θ and B under the condition of 5 V voltage+1 kHz characteristic frequency.
