Difference of Symptoms of Grape Virus Disease and Its Influence on Quality of'Shine Muscat'
In view of the common occurrence of grape virus disease of'Shine Muscat',the types of viruses in field plants and their effects on grape yield and quality were tested.The results showed that four viruses including Grapevine leafroll-associated virus 3(GLRaV-3),Grapevine virus A(GVA),Grapevine virus B(GVB)and Grapevine rupestris stem pitting-associated virus(GRSPaV)were detected in both symptomatic and healthy leaves.The yield and fruit quality of severe symptomatic,mild symptomatic and asymptomatic plants were analyzed.The yield of severe symptomatic plants was significantly lower than that of asymptomatic plants and mild symptomatic plants.There was no significant difference between nerolol and geranyl in the fruits of three types of plants.However,the content of linalool in the fruit of severe symptomatic plants was significantly higher than that of mild symptomatic and asymptomatic plants.In order to reduce the serious harm to the production of'Shine Muscat',two methods were summarized according to the cultivation experience to alleviate viral disease.
