花穗整形方式对'巨玫瑰'葡萄果实品质的影响

以5年生'巨玫瑰'为试材,在开花前2~3 d进行不同花穗整形处理,调查其对果实品质的影响。结果表明,不同花穗整形方式均能不同程度地增加果实粒质量,提高可溶性固形物含量,降低可滴定酸含量,增加果实硬度,促进着色,果实品质显著提升,其中留穗尖处理效果最好。各处理间工作效率差异显著,留穗尖9 cm整形效率最高,间隔疏除小穗整形效率最低。综合评价结果为留穗尖7cm>留穗尖9cm>留穗尖5 cm>间隔疏除小穗>不修剪>去副穗及穗尖。综合来看,在本研究中留穗尖7 cm花穗整形方式能显著增加果实的粒质量,且可溶性固性物含量最高,可滴定酸含量较低,果实成熟度最好,果皮颜色显著加深,综合品质最优,是'巨玫瑰'较适宜的花穗整形方式。
Effect of Different Ways of Floral Clusters Pruning on Fruit Quality of'Jumeigui'Grape(Vitis vinifera×V.labrusca)
Taking floral clusters of 5-year-old'Jumeigui'grapes as test material,different floral clusters thinning treatments were conducted before anthesis 2-3 days to investigate the influence of different thinning ways on fruit qualities.The results showed that all flower thinning treatments could improve berry weight,total soluble solid content,hardness and coloring degree of grape skin in some extent,decrease content of titratable acid,the fruit quality was improved significantly,and the best effect was to preserve the cluster tip treatment There were significant differences in work efficiency,with the highest efficiency of the 9 cm cluster tip leaving and the lowest efficiency of interval spikelet pruning.The results of the comprehensive evaluation were the leaving spikelet tip 7 cm>the leaving spikelet tip 9 cm>the leaving spikelet tip 5 cm>the interval pruning spikelet>the no pruning spikelet>the removing secondary ear and spike tip of clusters.In conclusion,the treatment of the tip length of the floral clusters 7 cm could significantly increase the berry weight and total soluble solids,that had the lower titratable acid content,the best fruit maturity,the significantly deepened skin color and the best comprehensive quality,so it might be the most suitable floral clusters pruning method for'Jumeigui'grape.
