摘要
兴安以其丰沛的雨量、充足的光照及得天独厚的温光资源,成为华南地区重要的鲜食葡萄产区和全国优质葡萄生产基地之一.近年来,随着新品种和新技术的推广应用,在政策扶持、科技力量的深度融入和龙头企业(含专业合作社)的带动下,兴安葡萄产业规模持续扩大,品质不断提升,但仍存在人才短缺、品牌建设滞后、品种结构不合理、栽培技术参差不齐等问题.本文通过分析兴安葡萄产业的现状、主要经验及存在问题,提出针对性的对策和建议,旨在推进兴安葡萄产业健康、高质量可持续发展,为产业升级换代和乡村振兴提供参考.
Abstract
Xing'an area,with its abundant rainfall,sufficient light and unique temperature and light resources,has become one of an important table grape producing area in South China and a national high-quality grape production base.In recent years,with the promotion and application of new varieties and technologies,driven by policy support,deep integration of scientific and technological forces and leading enterprises(including professional cooperatives),Xing'an grape industry has continued to expand its scale and improve its quality,but there are still problems such as talent shortage,lagging brand construction,unreasonable variety structure,and uneven cultivation techniques.By analyzing the current situation,main experience and existing problems of Xing'an grape industry,this paper put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,aiming at promoting the healthy,high-quality and sustainable development of Xing'an grape industry,and providing references for industrial upgrading and rural revitalization.
