Analysis of Differential Metabolites in Vitis Adenoclada Hand.-Mass Treated with Partial Shading Based on Widely Targeted Metabolomics
In this staudy,'Guiheizhenzhu No.4'(Vitis adenoclona Hand.-Mass)was used as the test material. From the beginning of veraison to full maturity stage, the cluster was treated with partial shading, the related physical and chemical indexes were measured, and the differences of metabolites in mature grapes were analyzed by widely targeted metabolomics. The results showed that compared with unshaded fruit, partial shaded fruit weight decreased by 5.49%,soluble solid content increased by 1.65%,titratable acid content decreased by 5.09%,and fruit color was deepened. The results of widely targeted metabolomics analysis showed that 11 categories and 789 metabolites were identified in two treatments,of which 76 were differential metabolites(including 60 down-regulated and 16 up-regulated).However,the contents of all sugars, most organic acids and anthocyanins were increased by partial shading treatment. Therefore, the treatment of partial shading could improve the winemaking quality of fruit and improve the processing potential of V.Adenoclada fruits.
