Analysis of Differences in Monoterpenoid Accumulation in'Ruidu Hongyu'Grapes under Two Harvest Cultivation
In order to exploring the accumulation patterns of monoterpenoids in'Ruidu Hongyu'grapes under different cultivation methods, using six-year-old'Ruidu Hongyu'grapes as the test material,by measuring the physicochemical indicators and free monoterpene content of summer fruits and winter fruits under'一'shaped flat shed frame and high width vertical'V'shaped fence frame cultivation, the research results showed that, berry size and weight of summer fruits were significantly higher than those of winter fruits. The titratable acid content of winter fruits was higher than that of summer fruits under both types of trellis cultivation, but winter fruit with'V'shaped fence frame cultivation was beneficial for reducing the titratable acid content. In addition,24 free monoterpenes were detected in the grape berries with different methods, and the highest content of Linalool, the highest content of 577.22 μg·L-1 in the winter fruit on'一'shaped flat shed frame.Different treatments were distinguished through principal component analysis(PCA),this also further indicated that under'一'shaped flat shed frame cultivation of'Ruidu Hongyu'grapes in Guangxi area was more benificial to the accumulation of monoterpenoids in winter fruits. The results of this study provided important theoretical basis for the selection of trellis systems under the cultivation of this variety with two-harvest-a-year,thereby improving the quality and yield of grapes.
