Effects of Organic Combined with Chemical Fertilizers on Grape Quality and Soil Fertility
In order to realize the synergistic improvement of soil fertility and grape quality,six-year-old'Shine Muscat'as the test material in this experiment,to investigate the effects of different fertilization treatments on grape yield and quality and soil nutrients by field experiment. The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization, optimal fertilization reduction combined with organic fertilizer could significantly increase grape soluble solid and Vc content, reduce fruit hardness, density, juice yield, and titrable acid content, and increase grape yield.Among them, under inorganic fertilizer reduction of 30%+30 t·hm-2 organic fertilizer treatment compared to conventional fertilization, the soluble solid content,Vc content and yield of grape increased by 10.16%,21.18% and 15.15%,respectively,and the titrable acid content decreased by 18.92% .At the same time, the combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers promoted the soil nutrient content, especially the content of soil organic matter was significantly increased.Based on the above results, the combined application of organic and inorganic fertilizers realized the synergistic improvement of vineyard soil fertility and grape yield and quality.
