Study on Fruit Quality Difference of'Red Globe'Grapevine in Different Regions
'Red Globe'grapevine is one of the main table grape varieties in China.Because of its light-loving characteristics,there are differences in fruit quality in different ecological regions.14 fruit quality indexes of'Red Globe'grapes from four regions of Yunnan,Shandong,Shaanxi and Ningxia were investigated.The results showed that the fruit from Yunnan region had the highest berry weight,lower soluble solids and aroma contents,and higher total phenols and flavanols contents.The contents of soluble solids and reducing sugars in fruits from Shandong region were lower,and the content of total anthocyanins was the highest,among which the contents of three monomeric anthocyanins such as dimethylflorin 3-O-glucoside were higher.The contents of soluble solid,reducing sugar,total phenol and tannin in fruits from Shaanxi region were higher,but the contents of anthocyanin and aroma were lower.The physicochemical indexes of fruits in Ningxia region were lower,the total anthocyanins and monomeric anthocyanins were lower,but the content of anthocyanins 3-O-glucoside was higher than that in other regions,and the types and contents of aroma substances were the highest.This study provides some reference for the fruit quality control and production management of'Red Globe'grapes in various ecoregions.
