Good teaching efficiency is the relent-less pursuit of every teacher.In order to promote the mutual coordination between curriculums and teaching methods,it wil be necessary to adopt different approach-es according to the teaching contents.In the article,the course content of Chinese catering is further divided into four sec-tions: declarative knowledge,service skil s, service consciousness and the procedure of catering.We wil discuss different teaching patterns for different sections to improve the teaching efficiency.
