植物花青素合成相关的bHLH转录因子

花青素是由类黄酮途径一个特异的分支合成的,它不仅能够决定花和果实的颜色,还能保护植物免受各种生物和非生物胁迫损伤.bHLH转录因子广泛存在于植物中,在植物的生长发育与形态建成、次级代谢产物的合成及对外界环境胁迫应答中起着重要的调控作用.近年来,随着大规模基因组测序技术和分子生物学的发展,植物中越来越多的bHLH转录因子得到鉴定.本文主要对花青素合成相关的bHLH转录因子及其在调节结构基因表达和花青素合成中的作用进行了综述.
The bHLH Transcription Factors Involved in Anthocyanin Biosynthesis in Plants
Anthocyanins are produced by a specific branch of the flavonoid pathway. They can not only determine the colours of flowers and fruits but also defend plants against biotic and abiotic stresses. bHLH transcription factors are widely distributed in plants and they play important roles in the regulation of plant growth and development, synthesis of secondary metabolites and stress responses. With the development of large-scale genome sequencing technologies and molecular biology, more and more bHLH transcription factors are identified in plants. In this paper, bHLH transcription factors involved in anthocyanin biosynthesis and their roles in the regulation of structural gene expression and anthocyanin synthesis are reviewed.
