植物磷酸盐转运体及其分子调控机制

磷是植物生长发育过程中不可缺少的大量元素之一.植物从土壤中摄取磷、磷在体内不同组织之间和亚细胞器之间的转移都需要一系列具有磷转移活性的转运体参与.近几年来,随着分子生物学和功能基因组学技术的快速发展,磷酸盐转运体的功能和分子调控机制的研究取得了巨大的进展.本文以模式植物拟南芥和水稻为主,综述了植物磷酸盐转运体的种类,详细介绍了各类植物磷酸盐转运体的功能和分子调控机制,并且提出了进一步利用磷酸盐转运体改良作物磷吸收利用效率的途径,以期为改良作物磷吸收利用效率提供参考依据.
Plant phosphate transporters and its molecular regulation mechanism
Phosphate is one of the indispensable elements for plant growth and development. The uptake of phosphate from soils and translocation between organs and subcellular compartments require a series of phos-phate transporters with phosphate transport activity. In recent years, with the rapid development of molecular biology and functional genomics technology, researchers have made great progress in clarifying the function of phosphate transporters and its molecular regulation mechanism. In this paper, focused on Arabidopsis and rice, we reviewed the recent progress on the discovery of phosphate transporters, their functions and molecular regu-lation mechanisms. It would provide reference for improving phosphorus absorption and utilization efficiency in crop breeding.
