Applications of nanomaterials in agriculture and its effects on the growth and development of plants
With the deep development of nanomaterials, the applications of nanomaterials become more and more popular. The present review addresses four aspects regarding nanomaterials in agriculture, including na-no-fertilizers, nano-packing materials, nano-pesticides and environmental improvement. Additionally, contents related to toxicity, uptake and transport between nanomaterials and plants are discussed, as well as the effects of nanomaterials on the growth and development of plants.
