植物嫁接中砧穗互作分子机制的研究进展

摘要
嫁接是一项具有很高经济价值和研究价值的人工繁殖育苗技术.为了完善嫁接技术,提高嫁接苗的成活率,人们对植物嫁接中砧穗互作分子机制进行了广泛研究,取得了一定的进展.本文综述了植物嫁接中信号分子运输的调控机制,并总结了植物嫁接的遗传效应(表观遗传与砧穗基因差异性表达)及砧穗互作分子机制的最新研究进展.同时,本文对嫁接中砧穗互作分子机制的未来研究方向进行了展望,以期为未来植物嫁接分子机制的深入研究提供新的探索思路.
Abstract
Grafting is an artificial breeding technology with high research values.To improve the survival rate of grafted seedlings and grafting technology,the molecular mechanisms of rootstock-scion interac-tion were studied by many researchers.In this paper,we reviewed the regulatory mechanisms of signal molecule transport in plant grafting,summarized the genetic effects(including epigenetics and differential expression of genes between rootstock and scion)after plant grafting and introduced research progress on the molecular mechanism of rootstock-scion interaction.At the same time,we also proposed the re-search fields on the molecular mechanism of rootstock-scion interaction in the future.The paper provided new ideas for further research on the molecular mechanism of Dlant araftina.
