油桐CAMTA基因家族的鉴定与表达分析

为深入探究油桐CAMTA基因的结构与功能,解析其在冷胁迫下的基因表达模式,本研究运用生物信息学方法鉴定到油桐CAMTA基因家族有5个不均匀分布在3条染色体上的成员,进一步分析它们的理化性质、保守基序、保守结构域以及系统进化关系.结果表明,VfCAMTA1~VfCAMTA5在结构上呈现相对保守的特征.VfCAMT4s在根部的表达水平高于茎和叶,在根部VfCAMTA5的表达水平达到最高值;在雌雄花以及两性花中VfCAMTA2均有表达;在种子发育的早期阶段VfCAMTAs呈现出表达调控的特征,推测该基因家族可能与花芽分化过程相关.蛋白质互作分析结果推断油桐CAMTA3参与调控低温胁迫的过程.该研究揭示了油桐C4MTA基因家族理化特征及表达模式,是阐明基因功能的重要依据.
Identification and expression analysis of the CAMTA gene family in Vernicia fordii
To thoroughly investigate the structure and function of Vernicia fordii CAMTA gene and elucidate its gene expression patterns under cold stress,this study utilized bioinformatics methods to identify five members of V.fordii CAMTA gene family,unevenly distributed across three chromosomes.Further analy-sis covered their physicochemical properties,conserved motifs,conserved domains,and phylogenetic re-lationships.The results showed that VfCAMTA1-VfCAMTA5 had relatively conserved structural features.Expression levels of VfCAMTAs were higher in roots than those in stems and leaves,with VfCAMTA5 exhib-iting the highest expression in roots.VfCAMTA2 was expressed in both male and female flowers,as well as hermaphroditic flowers.During early seed development stages,VfCAMTAs showed expression regula-tion,suggesting the gene family's potential involvement in flower bud differentiation.Protein interaction analysis infered that V.fordii CAMTA3 might be involved in regulating responses to low-temperature stress.This study revealed the physicochemical characteristics and expression patterns of V.fordii CAMTA gene family,providing crucial insights into gene function.
